Pricing & payment
How much does a website cost?
We start at $150 CAD for a one-page site. Extra pages are $50 each, and add-ons like SEO, booking, or a store are clearly priced. Most small-business sites land between $250–$600, and larger builds with lots of pages or features can reach $1,200–$1,500.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope. The estimate you build on the site is the estimate you pay. Domain registration and hosting are separate, but we’ll tell you exactly what those cost before you decide.
When do I pay?
We usually do 50% to start and 50% when the site launches. If the total is small, some clients prefer to pay in full up front — either way works.
Can I pay monthly?
The project balance is paid at launch, but we offer monthly maintenance plans for updates and support after your site is live.
Process & timeline
How long does it take to build a site?
A simple one- to three-page site is usually ready in 1–2 weeks. Larger sites with more pages or a shop can take 2–4 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline when you send your brief.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your business name, what you do, any photos or logo you have, and the text you want on each page. If you don’t have those ready, we can help gather or write them.
What happens first?
You fill out the project brief, we review it and send a fixed quote, then we schedule a quick call or email back-and-forth to confirm the plan. After that, we build, you review, and we launch.
Ownership & deliverables
Who owns the website when it’s done?
You do. We hand over the login details and any files, so you’re never locked in or dependent on us.
Will I be able to edit the site myself?
Yes. We build sites that are easy to update, and we’ll show you how to make simple text or image changes.
What if I don’t have a domain yet?
We can help you buy one through a registrar and connect it to your new site. You keep full ownership of the domain.
Revisions & support
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of revisions are included in every build. That gives us room to nail the design without the project dragging on.
What if I need updates after launch?
We offer an affordable monthly maintenance plan, or you can request one-off edits whenever you need them.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Our care plans include backups, security updates, small edits, and priority email support.
Technical concerns
Will my site show up on Google?
We build every site with SEO fundamentals built in: fast loading, mobile-friendly design, clean code, and proper page titles. We also offer an SEO add-on for extra optimization.
Will it work on phones?
Absolutely. Every site we build is mobile-first, which means it looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Do I need hosting?
Yes, every website needs hosting. We can recommend reliable, affordable options and help set it up, or include it in a monthly care plan.
What happens to my old website?
We replace it and make sure your domain points to the new site. If you want to keep anything from the old one, just let us know.
